Domicio (“we”, “us”) provides property-management software to landlords and tenants. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Account info (name, email, phone), property and tenancy details you enter, payment metadata via Stripe, maintenance requests and photos you upload.
To run the service: authenticate users, route maintenance, send rent reminders, and generate AI assistance. We do not sell personal data.
Data is stored on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit. Row-level security isolates each landlord and tenant.
